About the role

  • Own and define architecture and engineering standards for AI developer tooling and copilots used by IAM teams.
  • Develop and maintain reusable integration patterns to ensure secure, consistent, and efficient implementation of AI tools like Mistral Code, Copilot, Gemini, and ClawdBot.
  • Collaborate with IAM, security, and engineering teams to align tooling implementations with organisational security and compliance requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and improve integration patterns to adapt to changes in platforms, emerging risks, and evolving engineering needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI tooling architecture and best practices.
  • Ensure that AI developer tools support IAM workflows effectively while maintaining security and operational resilience.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Identity & Access Management architecture and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of AI developer tools and copilots such as Mistral Code, Copilot, Gemini, and ClawdBot.
  • Proven ability to define and enforce architecture and engineering standards.
  • Experience designing reusable integration patterns and frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of secure implementation practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across IAM, security, and engineering teams.
