About the role

  • Capturing business problems, value drivers and functional and non-functional requirements and translate into functionality.
  • Assessing the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact.
  • Assessing and model processes, data flows and technology to understand the current value and issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Creating and updating clear documentation of requirements to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring traceability of requirements from business needs through testing and scope changes, to final solution.
  • Interacting with software suppliers, designers and developers to understand software limitations, deliver elements of system and database design and ensure that business requirements are handled.
  • Configuring and documenting software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.
  • Creating acceptance criteria and validating that solutions meet the business needs through defining and coordinating testing.
  • Creating and presenting compelling business cases to justify solution value and establish approval, funding and prioritisation.
  • Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed parameters of cost, time and quality.
  • Leading stakeholder management activities and large design sessions.
  • Leading teams to complete business analysis on projects.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Agile frameworks and tools.
  • Must have worked in Agile with Agile project experience.
  • Experience in educating stakeholders including Product Owners and Business Partners in Agile ways of working.
  • Must understand systems engineering concepts, data / process analysis and modelling, products and solutions.
  • Ideally will have a Degree within IT with significant experience within IT.
  • Must have hands on experience of working on config roles of Endur and be able to demonstrate experience working on Endur modules with commodity knowledge.
  • Agile Certifications / trainings preferred.
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification preferred.
  • Lean Practitioner training and experience would be an asset.
