About the role

  • Work closely and communicate effectively with management and junior team members to ensure timely delivery of key engagement deliverables.
  • Provide financial due diligence services through detailed financial analysis and report writing.
  • Interpret and analyse financial and commercial information, delivering findings clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Review historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital, and balance sheets.
  • Identify and report potential key issues, including risks or equity price impacts, to clients.
  • Correlate findings from other workstreams with financial due diligence outcomes to provide integrated insights.
  • Assist in preparing reports to support stock exchange listings, including reports for sponsors.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all client deliverables.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
  • Strong academic record demonstrating analytical capability
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong commercial and market awareness
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Effective team player with strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports
  • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
