About the role
- Work closely and communicate effectively with management and junior team members to ensure timely delivery of key engagement deliverables.
- Provide financial due diligence services through detailed financial analysis and report writing.
- Interpret and analyse financial and commercial information, delivering findings clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Review historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital, and balance sheets.
- Identify and report potential key issues, including risks or equity price impacts, to clients.
- Correlate findings from other workstreams with financial due diligence outcomes to provide integrated insights.
- Assist in preparing reports to support stock exchange listings, including reports for sponsors.
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all client deliverables.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Strong academic record demonstrating analytical capability
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong commercial and market awareness
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Effective team player with strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
