About the role

  • Leading workstreams on HR Transformation projects, from planning through delivery
  • Advising clients on design and implementation of HR transformation programmes
  • Providing recommendations on aligning people strategies with business strategies
  • Contributing to business development activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations
  • Encouraging collaboration amongst team members

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations, transformation programmes, enabling HR cloud technologies, shared services, organisation design or a specialist HR area
  • Involvement in at least one to two HR transformations involving cloud products (e.g. Successfactors/Workday/Oracle HCM/ServiceNow)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work outside of office base
  • Actively seeking developmental opportunities for growth
  • Previous consulting experience (preferred)
