About the role
- Work with Japanese companies’ HR departments undergoing significant transformation in Southeast Asia
- Support large Japanese companies in revisiting HR functions focusing on data-driven HR
- Assist in implementing individualized HR management and global strategic HR
- Collaborate in the advancement of talent data utilization through HR functions
- Conduct project activities for HR system design and implementation
- Lead project delivery while collaborating with mixed teams.
- Engage in ensuring high performance in the delivery of HR transformation projects.
Requirements
- Deep expertise and skills in HR system design/planning and organizational and HR domains
- Consulting experience in integrating HR systems across an entire group
- Consulting experience in talent management
- Consulting experience in change management
- Project management experience in organizational and HR-related projects
- Consulting experience in implementing core HR systems, specifically in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience and knowledge in planning/implementing cloud-based talent management systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Experience and knowledge in planning/implementing ERP packages (SAP HCM)
- Experience in global projects (using business-level English)
- Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
- Experience in leading projects
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese with business-level English or native-level English proficiency with business-level Japanese
- Participation in global projects.
- Consulting experience related to Southeast Asia.
