About the role

  • Provide strategic oversight of the cash application process
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client process SMEs
  • Manage escalations and align business requirements with service delivery capabilities
  • Apply methodologies like value stream mapping to analyze workflow
  • Lead governance routines and process-level reviews with client SMEs
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client process SMEs to translate needs
  • Manage operational relationship with the process SMEs and enable adoption of process/tool changes
  • Ensure robust controls, audit readiness, and consistent policy adherence

Requirements

  • 6-8 years in cash application, AR/order-to-cash operations leadership, or related finance operations management
  • Strategic operational leadership
  • Deep expertise in process analysis and improvement
  • Strong executive presence; proven escalation management
  • Strong understanding of financial statement impacts
  • Strong understanding of ERP/cash application tooling
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in additional languages like Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, and Bahasa Indonesia as applicable.
