About the role
- Engaging with business stakeholders to understand demand and requirements
- Sourcing new/replacement suppliers
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct regular reviews
- Drive margin improvement with suppliers and implement effective procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with bank processes and contract management
- Additional work on category planning may be required
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sourcing process
- Experience within Technology Sourcing
- Comfortable operating in complex matrixed environments
- Self-starter, pro-active and quick to learn process, controls and tools
- Good interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders
- Good collaborative style with other Procurement and Bank teams
