About the role

  • Support Managers in the administration of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements
  • Ensure timely and compliant filing of statutory filings, notices and court documents with relevant authorities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision
  • Supervise, coach and review the work of team members
  • Conduct independent financial reviews, scenario analysis and prepare restructuring proposals
  • Liaise with stakeholders including clients, creditors, debtors, lenders, directors, shareholders, regulators, valuers, auditors, tax agents and legal advisors.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines, and/or a professional accounting qualification.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in insolvency, restructuring, advisory or external audit.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills; able to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates with external audit or legal field experience are encouraged to apply.
