About the role

  • Designing end-to-end solutions that address client business requirements
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Leveraging a strong understanding of BPO technologies and platforms
  • Assessing and optimizing solution costs to ensure value creation
  • Creating and maintaining solution architecture documentation
  • Reviewing existing solutions to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across Accounting/Finance, Finance Transformation, and Financial Systems roles
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proven experience in selling, designing, or managing large-scale transformational projects for strategic clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and data engineering.
