About the role

  • Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of content for social media, career pages, and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including preparing interview materials and onboarding documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or completed Degree and open for internship
  • Business/Communication faculty grads are preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Resourceful and Driven
