About the role
- Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
- Contribute to the development of content for social media, career pages, and recruitment marketing materials.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including preparing interview materials and onboarding documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed Degree and open for internship
- Business/Communication faculty grads are preferred
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Resourceful and Driven
