About the role
- Support the delivery of high-quality SAP PMO across the region, working closely with clients and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support the day to day management of all delivery aspects of the programme, ensuring strong project control, governance and reporting standards are implemented/maintained.
- Resource planning and tracking.
- Ensure all management reporting and control reports are produced throughout the planning and delivery phases of the programme.
- Plan and book regular Governance and status meetings and ensure these are promptly written up for actions/next steps.
- Escalate any Project Control issues (lateness against task run rates, Risk and Issues) in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in PMO based roles within a project environment
- SAP Project experience is an advantage
- Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
- Willingness to work outside of office base and ability to travel (both locally and abroad).
