About the role
- Provide after-hours IT support as part of a rotating shifts schedule to ensure 24x5 coverage
- Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence team to support functional teams and vendors
- Provide technical guidance to internal users regarding use of computers and networks
- Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure
- Comfortable in working in a fast-paced work environment and provide timely solutions
- Document how to guide, root cause and resolution in assigned ServiceNow tickets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.
- Good written and oral English communication skills is essential
- At least 2-3 years working experience in supporting more than 200 users.
- Able to work independently and proactively in a team environment.
- Ability to use PowerShell or other scripting would be prioritized.
- Experience with Power Automate, Intune and administering Active Directory.
- Experience in supporting laptop and mobile devices such as iPhone/iPad/Android, etc.
- Certified in ITIL foundation 4 or Microsoft Certifications.
