About the role
- Oversee daily business operations and coordinate workflows across regional teams.
- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly reports, including utilization, headcount, and other management insights.
- Collaborate with resource management, HR, Finance, and local teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective workforce planning.
- Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Support operational projects, business initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Strong operational management, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in business operations, resource planning, or similar roles (regional exposure preferred).
