Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline with a well ranked institution.
Minimum 12 years of working experience in technology strategy and transformation at consulting firms, in house consulting role or in an enterprise architecture role working for a leading Insurance Institution.
Demonstrated experience in technology strategy within the Banking Institutions, with exposure to IT Strategy, Architecture and Operating Model Design, Cloud strategy and transformation, Business case development, Delivery of large technology transformation programs.
Deep understanding of banking technology landscape, particularly in digital banking capabilities and underlying technology solutions.
Demonstrated thought leadership and eminence building in the marketplace.
Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver new opportunities.
Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders (CXOs).
Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
Commitment to professional excellence and personal and professional growth.
