About the role

  • Work alongside clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" strategy development
  • Assist in determining requirements of clients’ projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements
  • Exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Communicate findings and solve complex problems
  • Support clients in their transformation journey by evaluating existing systems and identifying requirements
  • Manage gathering and assessing of technical requirements
  • Oversee preparation of communications and presentations to stakeholders
  • Coordinate resource assignment, prioritize projects, and monitor progress
  • Apply critical thinking toward examining systems and design requirements
  • Analyze business processes and recommend approaches to increase efficiency
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide development team

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a business or finance discipline with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in a MBA program
  • Adaptability and flexibility with respect to changing end-user business needs
  • Critical thinking and willingness to see things in an open-minded way and examine an idea or concept from as many angles as possible
  • Dependability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
  • Initiative to recognize assignments or tasks that need to be completed, to seek out additional assignments or tasks, and to help others
  • Interpersonal skills, particularly within the user group with which they will work to facilitate decisions and find solutions even amidst disagreeing stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts
  • Willingness to learn new software and systems
  • Listening attentively to ensure that the intended message has been accurately, received, holding responses until the person has finished making his point, and repeating information to ensure accuracy
  • Seeking, logically examining, and interpreting information from different sources to determine a problem’s cause and developing a course of action to resolve the problem and to prevent its recurrence
  • Relationship building to gain trust and establish effective relationships with vendor and stakeholders
  • Resilience to persevere in difficult situations, overcome obstacles, and reach high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures
  • Ability to perform role independently and guide junior team members in his/her area of expertise
  • Must be Epic certified
  • Willingness to work outside of office base
