About the role

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and act as the central point of contact between executive management, staff, teams and external partners
  • Support executive management with organizational and administrative tasks in daily business (information and calendar management including prioritization and coordination, deadline and follow-up management)
  • Organize and follow up on committee meetings and other meetings, including taking minutes and tracking action items
  • Prepare and adapt presentations for internal and external events
  • Support executive management with projects and special tasks
  • Participate in internal projects and working groups
  • Document management for executive management (paper and digital)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a Legal and Notary Assistant (Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte) or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Several years of experience in office management, executive assistance or a comparable position
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • High degree of personal responsibility, discretion and reliability
  • Excellent time- and self-management skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and common office tools
  • A true all-rounder who thinks ahead and helps drive initiatives
