About the role
- Strategic responsibility for designing, coordinating and implementing communications and marketing strategies (online & offline)
- Maintenance, expansion and development of target-group-specific communication channels — from traditional media to digital platforms
- Management of press and public relations, including building and maintaining media contacts
- Editorial content creation for print, web and social media — with a keen sense for tone and impact
- Further development of the intranet, website and social media in close collaboration with internal departments
- Leadership and development of the marketing and corporate communications team
- Direct reporting to the executive management and close collaboration with other senior leaders
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or Public Relations — or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in marketing and corporate communications, ideally with exposure to the healthcare sector
- Strong communication and presentation skills, combined with a structured, proactive working style
- Enthusiasm for healthcare topics and for supporting communications at a regional general hospital with a networked structure
