About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the key liaison between sales representatives and the operations team
Support existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Prepare customer quotes and maintain/updating databases
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Conduct customer review calls and fulfill other tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of sales or operations experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment
Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing is considered an asset
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is considered an asset
Knowledge of current air and ocean service offerings for transatlantic shipments to the United States and Canada will be considered an asset
Travel may be required
