About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Safely operate a 15-Ton Tadano TR-150XL-4 Rough Terrain Crane in accordance with manufacturer specifications and site safety guidelines.
  • Perform daily pre-operational checks, inspect rigging, monitor fluid levels, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Work closely with riggers and signal personnel to ensure precise, secure load handling and positioning.
  • Actively assist with general site tasks, tool maintenance, and ground support during operational downtime.
  • Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, site-specific safety protocols, and company policies at all times.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid NCCCO (or equivalent industry/state) Crane Operator Certification for Rough Terrain / Hydraulic Cranes.
  • Proven experience operating RT cranes (experience with Tadano equipment is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging procedures, hand signals, and safety regulations.
  • Willingness to pitch in with general job site tasks when crane operation is paused.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work full project hours.
  • Ability to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and physical evaluations.
