About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across the region
  • Develop new relationships with restaurants and stores
  • Support partners joining Deliveroo and provide them with the best experience
  • Communicate with restaurants through physical visits, email, calls or social media to demonstrate Deliveroo technology
  • Help restaurant owners and managers overcome barriers or hesitations
  • Attend restaurant and food meet-ups
  • Report to the Sales Lead as part of the regional sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Comfortable targeting new business and sales experience
  • Confidence or experience dealing with partners/customers face-to-face, by phone or email
  • Experience demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients
  • Comfortable with negotiations
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus
  • Tenacity
  • Based in Bologna, Parma, or Modena
  • Right to work in the job location
  • Available to use own car when needed
