About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the commercial leadership team in building strategy and understanding financial performance
- Own the commercial strategy planning and ensure accurate reporting
- Identify and model appropriate strategic initiatives for long-term growth
- Support wider business on new initiative business cases
- Provide high quality analysis for decision making
- Collate competitor intelligence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of proven strategy experience in an international, fast-paced environment (startup or consultancy)
- Analytical problem-solver and critical thinker with experience working with large data sets
- Good business sense with strong ability to understand and influence performance drivers
- Experience in business partnering ideally with commercial teams
- Adaptable and proactive, comfortable managing tight deadlines
- Strong communicator and collaborator fluent in French & English
- Advanced Excel and/or G-Suite skills
