About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary point of contact for a strategic Grocery or Retail partner, bridging the gap between their needs and Deliveroo’s internal teams.
- Drive business growth through proactive reporting, quarterly business reviews, and identifying specific levers to improve partner performance.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions as your partners scale, collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
- Ensure partners maintain an attractive Customer Value Proposition by optimising selection, pricing, and service levels.
- Own the execution of new site roll-outs, mapping coverage gaps to ensure the successful expansion of your partner's footprint.
- Represent Deliveroo across your partner’s organisation while ensuring internal stakeholders provide the necessary support to hit joint targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in account management or commercial roles (typically 4-5 years), ideally within the grocery or retail sector.
- Confident in analysing data to cut through the noise and provide clear, actionable recommendations for growth.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate across all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to create strategies to drive joint business growth and a willingness to trial new ideas at a rapid pace.
- A team player who can get the best out of those around them and work effectively within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
