About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end acquisition and launch of new Express partners across multiple verticals and markets
- Build strategic pipelines and lead commercial negotiations that unlock long-term mutual value
- Partner cross-functionally to shape go-to-market strategies and deliver successful partner launches
- Use market insights, partner feedback, and performance data to help refine Deliveroo Express’ commercial strategy and value proposition
Requirements
What you’ll need- A strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles with clear evidence of winning new business
- Experience leading complex commercial negotiations and managing senior external stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute effectively in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to different audiences
- A highly proactive, go-getter mindset with strong ownership and a bias for action
- A collaborative, team-first attitude and the ability to balance pace with attention to detail.
