About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting, high-value relationships across the network.
  • Monitor and analyse partner performance, sharing insights to improve operational metrics and partner satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
  • Plan portfolio strategies to increase performance and loyalty, impacting both absolute metrics and market share.
  • Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities for growth and proactively managing risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in account management or sales, specifically focused on building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships.
  • Strong understanding of P&L and proven negotiation skills to drive business value.
  • Proven ability to use data and project management applications to guide best practices and decision-making.
  • Market expertise within the Horeca, restaurant, or food sectors is highly desirable.
  • Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively; fluency in English is a significant advantage.
