About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, best practices, and address challenges.
- Provide performance coaching and ensure quality standards through monthly call shadowing sessions, focusing on pitch, engagement, and communication
- Oversee onboarding of new joiners, ensuring a smooth integration and tracking onboarding metrics such as images and menu completion
- Implement regular training refreshers to keep the team upskilled and aligned with sales standards
- Collaborate with your line manager and the Sales Ops Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your assigned cities
- Drive execution of sales initiatives across markets to enhance performance and reach growth targets
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs in line with company objectives
- Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities and strong team velocity
- Provide guidance to team members on effective pipeline management and support them in closing deals and negotiating partner contracts
- Ensure accurate lead tracking and CRM data input to maintain clean records and support reporting accuracy
- Monitor and analyze key team performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and success
- Ensure team members consistently meet or exceed sales and commercial targets.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and signing quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- BSc/BA in business or a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of sales & negotiation experience preferably within a high-growth company
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- F&B industry experience in Kuwait is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about the food delivery industry and staying current with market trends
