About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, best practices, and address challenges.
  • Provide performance coaching and ensure quality standards through monthly call shadowing sessions, focusing on pitch, engagement, and communication
  • Oversee onboarding of new joiners, ensuring a smooth integration and tracking onboarding metrics such as images and menu completion
  • Implement regular training refreshers to keep the team upskilled and aligned with sales standards
  • Collaborate with your line manager and the Sales Ops Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your assigned cities
  • Drive execution of sales initiatives across markets to enhance performance and reach growth targets
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs in line with company objectives
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities and strong team velocity
  • Provide guidance to team members on effective pipeline management and support them in closing deals and negotiating partner contracts
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking and CRM data input to maintain clean records and support reporting accuracy
  • Monitor and analyze key team performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and success
  • Ensure team members consistently meet or exceed sales and commercial targets.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and signing quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BSc/BA in business or a related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales & negotiation experience preferably within a high-growth company
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • F&B industry experience in Kuwait is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passionate about the food delivery industry and staying current with market trends
