  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for key account stakeholders

  • Monitor real-time performance indicators and campaign metrics
  • Use data-driven insights to iterate marketing tactics and maximize shared ROI
  • Monitor marketing budgets and track monthly spend
  • Ensure effective budget allocation aligned with campaign plans and business priorities
  • Collaborate with central creative, local account management and analytics teams
  • Ensure partner initiatives align with national brand playbooks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–6 years of experience in Trade or Partner Marketing departments
  • Experience in fast-paced FMCG, e-commerce, tech or retail environments
  • Proven track record developing and managing successful co-marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the Italian commercial landscape, including regional consumer behaviors, retail promotions and local media channels
  • Ability to manage external stakeholders and enterprise partner relationships
  • Exceptional communication, pitching and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to interpret data sets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize attribution and report performance
  • Commercial acumen and data-driven mindset
  • Adaptable, proactive and self-starting mindset
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian
  • Ability to work from the Milan office 3 days per week under the hybrid working policy
  • Right to work status in the job location
