About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Optimise the format and structural workflow of physical Rider Onboarding Hubs
Design, operationalise, and expand physical onboarding spaces across the UKI
Create and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person onboarding
Partner with Rider Support, Product, and broader Onboarding teams to troubleshoot live operational issues
Lead face-to-face onboarding sessions across the UKI
Support localised operations within regional hubs
Identify and eliminate rider deficits in hard-to-source zones
Collaborate with the Supply team on demand forecasting models
Lead tactical supply planning and execution for peak trading seasons

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven operational experience within technology, start-ups, food delivery logistics, or direct experience working as a Deliveroo Rider
Ability to work independently in the field, navigate changing operational priorities, and use initiative
Strong empathetic listening and communication skills
Ability to influence internal product teams and manage candidate groups
Valid UKI driving licence
Access to own vehicle for locations underserved by public transport
Flexibility to travel early and late
Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Looker, and Salesforce tooling (nice to have)
Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic (nice to have)
Willingness to undertake significant travel across the UK with flexible working hours
