Lead global cloud reliability function
Design and execute strategies to streamline CI/CD pipelines
Improve system resilience
Ensure engineering teams have secure environments and insights they need to succeed
Execute a global infrastructure strategy aligned with company growth plans
Own and refine the end-to-end security posture of the application
Lead automation strategy, partnering with Product and Engineering to design delivery pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Security
A deep, practical understanding of AWS/GCP ecosystems and Kubernetes orchestration
Expert systems administrator with hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and modern observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus)
A data-driven strategist who can devise high-level strategy and is comfortable building workflows or debugging system outages
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and security-centric concepts to a non-technical audience
