About the role
- Support various Commercial teams by helping to streamline and improve operational processes, workflows, and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their operational needs and provide assistance or valuable insights to drive business goals.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Help maintain data quality and ensure accuracy across CRM platforms and internal systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in preparing materials and conducting training sessions to educate other departments on new processes or system updates.
- Demonstrate strong time management and project management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge or a keen interest in CRM platforms, with a preference for Hubspot and/or Planhat.
- A foundational understanding of business processes within Marketing, Sales, Finance, and post-Sales departments.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a drive to initiate change and contribute to new ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- High level of communication skills to interact effectively with diverse internal stakeholders.
