Key responsibilities & impact

Drive sustainable sales growth in the Direct Sales channel by building a high-performing team.
Continuously improve sales processes and ensure the achievement of ambitious business targets.
Successfully take over the leadership of the Direct Sales team and daily operations within the first 3 months.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, KPIs, and sales processes.
Implement regular performance reviews and coaching for team members.
Improve team productivity and sales performance within 6 months.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading a sales, call center, or customer service team.
Experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing employees.
Track record of managing sales performance and KPI achievement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn sales data into business decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with call center platforms (e.g. VCC) is considered an advantage.
