About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As part of our 3rd Level Support, you serve as the central contact for particularly complex technical issues.
You support our 2nd Level Support, which interacts directly with our customers.
You analyze and resolve issues that could not be fixed in earlier support tiers.
This includes in-depth investigation of system behavior, log files and relevant configurations.
You act as an internal subject-matter expert and assist 2nd Level Support with thorough analyses, guidance and proposed solutions.
You evaluate incidents and requests from operational activities and hand them over in a structured way to the Core Products team for further implementation.
Jira is used to manage and prioritize requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience with agile working methods (Scrum or Kanban)
Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle and database queries
Experience with .NET-based applications and web services
Understanding of software architectures
API knowledge, particularly with JSON and XML data formats
Structured, solution-oriented working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
High motivation, resilience, team spirit and flexibility.
