About the role
- Capture, update and correct product master data
- Record customer requirements and take responsibility for the initial creation of product master data
- Update and maintain product master data during ongoing operations
- Ensure continuous data quality
- Provide customer support by phone and e-mail (ticket system)
- Regular reporting and status updates to the customer
- Support for on-site customer appointments (limited travel)
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., business apprenticeship)
- Quick comprehension and good logical thinking
- Independent and efficient working style
- Business fluent in German (spoken and written)
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Careful and conscientious approach to work
- NICE TO HAVE: F&B knowledge, hospitality background desirable, specific IT expertise desirable, good written and spoken English
