About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure all inbound materials ordered comply with policy
  • Manage claims for freight and damages directly with vendors
  • Verify all inbound material receiving attachments to comply with the company's policy
  • Enter final pricing and support accounting for verification of purchase orders
  • Support QA and purchasing as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in compliance, product safety, or quality assurance (Background in accounting or QA is a plus)
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Tracegains is a plus, but not necessary
