Sales and Order Operations Support
Delegate CXJoin DCX as Home-Based Sales and Order Operations Support. Manage backend project coordination and assist in sales operations while working remotely in Philippine time.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support partner brands by managing backend project coordination and handling customer interactions
- Assist sales executives in delivering exceptional promotional product solutions
- Maintain margins workbook with current information including pricing and product details
- Prepare, update and maintain product presentations with product descriptions and features
- Provide sales support for Enterprise house accounts and traveling sales representatives
- Enter and track operational items in NetSuite or other CRM systems as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Sales, Customer Service, or Order Management role
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Microsoft Excel (required): Intermediate to advanced; pricing and margin concepts; pivot tables required; comfortable with formulas, lookups, and data validation/cleanup
- Microsoft PowerPoint (required): Build and update client-ready presentations; maintain standard decks (e.g., inventory deck)
- Accurate PO/POD tracking and consistent file management
- Timely, clear status updates and professional follow-up
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Data entry and hygiene (NetSuite)
