Creates and maintains various sales, budgeting and forecasting models for management.
Compiles weekly sales data and creates weekly sales comparisons report for management and sales reps.
Provides accurate sales data to compare and analyze forecasts and budgets vs actual sales.
Prepares weekly data for Flash Sales report by business type.
Prepares the monthly sales digest report for management.
Maintain and create sophisticated sales data spreadsheets in Excel.
Reconciles sales and adjustments and corrects data.
Maintain all pricing in the pricing ERP system.
Update Commission setups for all products
Create and review accounts following the completion of proposals, ensuring accurate pricing, merchandise, and catalogue presentation
Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics and Business Administration, or any related field.
1-3 years of Financial or Pricing Analyst, or any related roles.
Experienced and comfortable managing large data sets and creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.
Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas etc.
