About the role

  • Accurately enter and verify purchase orders, ensuring correct vendor details, SKUs, item specifications, imprint methods, colors, and delivery dates
  • Review vendor acknowledgments and proofs for logo placement, PMS color accuracy, copy correctness, and overall compliance with quality standards
  • Communicate directly with vendors to confirm order details, request revisions, and expedite approvals when needed
  • Maintain detailed tracking logs for all open orders, documenting progress, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Track ship dates and delivery status to ensure on-time arrival for events, programs, and campaigns
  • Partner with Client Relations and Sales teams to resolve issues such as damages, misprints, delays, or substitutions
  • Uphold client quality standards and brand guidelines across all orders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the promotional products industry or a similar purchasing/production role involving custom-branded products
  • Very proficient written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
  • Working knowledge of common decoration methods (screen print, embroidery, laser engraving, pad print, DTG, etc.)
  • Familiarity with industry suppliers, timelines, and production workflows
  • Experience with order management platforms (CommonSKU is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Comfortable learning and navigating company-specific systems
