About the role

  • Ownership of budgeting and forecasting infrastructure and monthly variance analysis using budgets and models developed
  • Assist with ongoing financial budget/forecast revisions focusing on cost reduction
  • Proactively assist Cost Center Managers in the budget and financial planning process
  • Prepare short and long-range projections utilizing forecasting and financial analytic techniques to assess the impact of budget/forecast initiatives on cost centers
  • Participate in revenue and cost forecasting, analyze financial implications of operational drivers, recommend actions based on findings
  • Proactively identify and expand ways for the FP&A function to impact the business
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis including modeling for strategic decision support

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, or Budgeting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
  • Advanced Excel modeling
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA or CFP) is a plus but not required
  • Workday Adaptive Financial Planning knowledge is a plus but not required
