About the role
- Design and develop digital assets such as web layouts, landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads, social media graphics, and campaign banners
- Create wireframes, interface elements, and web assets that improve user experience and engagement
- Collaborate across departments to produce web store banners, company store updates, and product mockups
- Work closely with the marketing and web development teams to ensure all designs are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms
- Translate creative briefs into visual solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality
- Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions for digital campaigns and website enhancements
- Prepare files for development handoff, ensuring clear design specifications
- Stay up to date on design trends, eCommerce best practices, and digital marketing principles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong focus on web and digital projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and website design work
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS (not required to code but helpful for collaboration)
- Experience creating designs for eCommerce, email platforms, and social media
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Understanding of SEO-friendly design and digital marketing principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
