About the role

  • Source promotional items and create client-ready presentations
  • Ensure job order details are accurately captured to support timely and correct deliveries
  • Coordinate all order shipping and logistics to customers
  • Communicate with clients regarding schedules, updates, and change orders
  • Manage and maintain online Company Stores
  • Attend meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in industry trade shows to stay current with product offerings and trends
  • Receive, track, and manage product inventory for the Company Showroom
  • Maintain office systems and ensure operational organization
  • Order office and showroom supplies as needed
  • Manage calendars for in-office meetings with clients and vendors
  • Support sales growth by managing backend sales processes and order workflows

Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience.
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters.
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding client service.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite)
