About the role
- Source promotional items and create client-ready presentations
- Ensure job order details are accurately captured to support timely and correct deliveries
- Coordinate all order shipping and logistics to customers
- Communicate with clients regarding schedules, updates, and change orders
- Manage and maintain online Company Stores
- Attend meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Participate in industry trade shows to stay current with product offerings and trends
- Receive, track, and manage product inventory for the Company Showroom
- Maintain office systems and ensure operational organization
- Order office and showroom supplies as needed
- Manage calendars for in-office meetings with clients and vendors
- Support sales growth by managing backend sales processes and order workflows
Requirements
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters.
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding client service.
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite)
