About the role
- Make 75+ outbound calls per day, as assigned
- Service the majority of inbound calls irrespective of campaign type
- Responsible for building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide Membership with insightful input/feedback on campaign results
- Offer improvement suggestions to scripting, as needed, to ensure a positive member/non-member experience
- Support other departments with specialty programs, campaigns, or data cleanup
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
- 2-3 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Telemarketing role
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Proficient in using HubSpot, with at least 1 year of experience
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
- Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal
- Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales is preferred
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse types of customers
