About the role
- Focuses mainly on Creative and Production design for client or internal projects
- Takes existing art and prepares art files to be production-ready for Brandbox print projects (shipper box, label & notecard art)
- Prepares art proofs for client approvals
- Takes art direction from the sales team and provides creative options for them
- Creates mock-ups for live or prospect projects
- Creates virtuals for online shops
- Makes edits to and vectorizes any art/logos needed
- Updates current art per client or internal request
- Assists in beautifying and creating presentations following brand guidelines
- Responds to client requests/inquiries indirectly via email (not client facing)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines
- Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design field.
