About the role
- Provide clinical behavioral health services in the community to DGS Clients
- Provide mental and behavioral health support to clients and their families
- Assist clients in stepping down to a less intense level of care
- Provide evaluative, diagnostic, and psychotherapeutic services
- Collaborate with community resources and make appropriate referrals
- Complete required documentation for clinical records
- Participate in scheduled supervision with the direct People Leader
Requirements
- Master’s Degree which qualifies for licensure in Delaware as LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
- Minimum of 10 hours of service per week
- Eligible for and working toward clinical licensure in Delaware
- Two years relevant full-time post graduate experience working with children and families (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
