About the role

  • Accompany aerospace and defense clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP MRO solutions to efficiently manage maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations for equipment and aircraft.
  • Analyze business requirements related to maintenance and MRO operations.
  • Design and configure SAP modules (PM, MM, SD, PP, and MRO-specific solutions).
  • Participate in functional workshops and write specifications.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Perform unit and integration testing.
  • Train users and support change management.
  • Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • SAP expertise: PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and MRO solutions.
  • Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense-specific processes (parts management, traceability, regulatory compliance).
  • Proficiency in logistics and maintenance workflows (preventive, corrective, overhaul).
  • Ability to produce functional and technical documentation.
  • Good understanding of integrations with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Excellent spoken English.
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in SAP consulting within the MRO domain.
  • Knowledge of aviation standards (EASA, FAA) and defense constraints.
  • Analytical mindset, customer service orientation, and ability to work in teams.
  • Professional English (spoken and written). Level C1.
