About the role

  • Work within project teams in a collaborative, results-oriented environment
  • Lead multiple strategic projects for delaware’s various entities
  • Actively participate in the deployment of new solutions, particularly around the following technologies: FIORI, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, SAP S/4Hana, SAP Cloud Platform Integration
  • Support functional teams in analyzing the feasibility of solutions
  • Design technical architectures that meet requirements
  • Oversee development based on technical specifications
  • Prepare associated documentation (specifications, test protocols, operating procedures)
  • Train technical users and developers, both at client sites and internally

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience with SAP, including direct involvement in S/4HANA projects
  • Cross-functional understanding of supply chain, logistics, or finance processes
  • End-to-end SAP project experience: from design phase to production rollout and post-go-live support
  • Natural leadership, ability to unite and develop a team
  • Clear communication, advisory attitude, good listening skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Occasional travel required depending on assignments
  • Fluent English to work in an international context
