About the role

  • Ensure alignment between business needs and the existing solution
  • Propose and implement functional optimizations
  • Participate in the design and configuration of SAP enhancements
  • Proactively assess the impact of updates through continuous monitoring
  • Write functional specifications and documentation
  • Support users in upskilling and adoption
  • Contribute to the quality of deliverables (testing, acceptance/UAT, support)

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SAP (minimum 5 years), with a strong interest in S/4HANA environments
  • Strong command of FI and/or CO modules in an evolving TMA (application maintenance) context
  • Deep knowledge of application maintenance processes
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor to clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and a pedagogical approach
  • Fluent English for working in an international environment
