About the role

  • The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between Operations, IT, and business stakeholders, translating operational and system needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Analyze existing WMS and ERP workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process maps and workflows, Data mapping and field-level specifications.
  • Develop test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on functional requirements.
  • Validate WMS, ERP, and reporting outputs using SQL queries and data analysis.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
  • Proven experience writing Functional specifications, Business requirements, and Test cases and test scripts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
