About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support communication across internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and information flow
  • Enter and maintain project and booking data in internal systems such as Power Apps
  • Track bookings throughout the quarter and prepare basic summaries or reports
  • Support sales teams with booking-related data entry, tagging, and documentation updates
  • Coordinate legal engagement processes, including case setup, document tracking, and follow-ups for approvals and signatures
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, receipts, sales collateral, and proof of completion
  • Update process documentation and maintain organized records for ongoing improvements
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the business development team
  • Track deal progress, order coordination, and shipment status updates through internal systems
  • Prepare materials for internal meetings by gathering bills of materials and supporting documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Comfortable working with data entry and structured processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or similar tools
  • Ability to learn and navigate internal systems such as Power Apps
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow established processes, identify issues, and escalate when needed
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond promptly to time-sensitive requests
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
  • Prior internship or exposure to business, operations, or sales support environments is a plus but not required
