About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct privacy and security impact assessments for business applications handling data entrusted by channel partners
  • Design, build, and continuously improve the Partner Data Privacy & Security Impact Assessment process
  • Evaluate privacy and security risks throughout the data lifecycle and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Partner with business, legal, security, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to incorporate requirements into application design and governance
  • Assess risks associated with sharing entrusted data with third parties through local sharing, exports, APIs, and other transfer methods
  • Develop and maintain documentation, guidance, and process improvements supporting privacy and security objectives
  • Present findings, recommendations, and program updates to stakeholders across business functions and global regions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role within a complex organization or regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, personal data, processor/controller obligations, and privacy frameworks such as Privacy by Design and POLP
  • Knowledge of data security concepts, including data classification frameworks and access control methodologies such as RBAC and PBAC
  • Understanding of risk frameworks across the data lifecycle, including third-party data-sharing risks
  • Knowledge of data lifecycle management principles and their impact on privacy and security
  • Experience designing and building compliance operations and impact assessment processes
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Preferred: CIPP/x, CIPM, AIGP, or similar privacy certification
  • Preferred: Experience with Airtable, including relational databases, automations, and interfaces
  • Preferred: Experience building AI agents
  • Preferred: Experience drafting or contributing to written policy documents
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SharePoint site and document management, including building or maintaining SharePoint sites
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
