Create and execute change management strategies for Gen AI initiatives delivered through incremental deployments; Drive clear communications, training, and stakeholder engagement across teams; Conduct current state and stakeholder readiness assessments; Define future state goals, success measures, and adoption tracking mechanisms; Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and partner-facing teams to align messaging and delivery; Leverage digital platforms and collaboration tools to deliver and track communications; Establish feedback loops, analyze adoption metrics, and implement continuous improvements; Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
7+ years of Change Management experience, preferably in the technology industry; Strong background in communications and enablement to support IT organizational change objectives; Proven ability to manage and execute multiple tracks within a broader change strategy; Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred; Technical skills in MS Office suite required; familiarity with digital collaboration tools strongly desired; Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; We are currently unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas
