About the role

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for fully integrating partner benefits into a new program, ensuring a seamless partner transition, transparent benefit mapping, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support the ongoing development of Managed Services Practice maturity from a program perspective.
  • Engage with and assist MSPs throughout the application and onboarding processes and contribute to the development of collateral and communications.
  • Drive the next phase of MS Practice Maturity (MSPM) evolution post-launch, focusing on feedback incorporation, stakeholder alignment, and process optimization.
  • Own and drive key meetings by organizing schedules, preparing and distributing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and following up on action items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Project Coordinator/Project Manager roles, Program Management, Channel Partner Benefits & Incentives, tools, and processes.
  • 2+ years of experience with Channel Partners (Managed Services Providers, non-transacting partners)
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of global channel programs and operations.
  • Independent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail for effective program execution.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
